
🎮 Gaming Cruiser – Rules & Policies
To ensure a safe and fun experience for everyone, all guests must follow the rules below. The renter is responsible for informing all participants and supervising children during the event. For bookings outside of Play Toon Indoor Playground, a minimum of one (1) week advance notice is required.
🧑🏫 Supervision & Responsibility

A responsible adult (18+) must be present for all private bookings.

Gaming Cruiser staff have full authority to enforce rules, pause gameplay, or remove individuals who cause safety or behavioral issues.

The renter is financially responsible for any damage caused to equipment or the bus interior.
👟 Behaviour & Safety

No shoes inside the bus. Socks only.

No jumping, rough play, or climbing on seats, walls, consoles, or TVs.

Remain seated while playing.
-
Do not block the entrance/exit.

Do not touch electrical equipment, outlets, heaters, or wiring.

Maximum capacity: 15 guests total (including adults).
🍕 Food & Drinks

No food or drinks inside the bus.
-
Only water bottles with secure lids are allowed.

Any spills or damage must be reported immediately.
🎮 Gaming & Console Use

Do not change console settings, accounts, or parental controls.
-
Do not sign in or create new online accounts.

Games must be age-appropriate for participants.

Online gaming is only available when the bus is parked at Play Toon.
🏠 When Parked at Play Toon

Birthday parents and guardians may stay inside Play Toon during the event.

Discounted rates apply when booked at the Play Toon location.

Unlimited online play and stable internet connection available.
📸 Video & Photos
We may take photos or videos during events for promotional use. Let us know in advance if you prefer not to be photographed.

🌧 Weather & Outdoor Rules

The bus must be parked on a safe, flat surface at least 40 ft long (or longer).

Events may be rescheduled if weather or road conditions create safety risks.

Generators require clearance and must not be blocked or covered.

Please ensure your parking spot is clear of snow, vehicles, and all obstacles before we arrive. We do not clear snow, move vehicles, or obtain parking permits. Any delay due to inaccessible parking will be deducted from your total gaming time.
💰 Damage & Liability

Any damage to consoles, TVs, controllers, or bus fixtures caused by guests may be charged to the renter.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen items brought inside the bus.
📍 Parking Requirements

Minimum parking space: 40 ft or longer

Suitable locations: driveways, streets, schools, workplaces, parks (where allowed)

We cannot park where it blocks emergency access, fire hydrants, or violates bylaws
👥 Large Group Policy (More Than 14 Participants)

The maximum number of guests allowed inside the Gaming Cruiser at any one time is 14 persons.

Events with more than 14 total participants must follow a rotation system (only 14 inside at a time).

The renter is responsible for organizing and supervising the guest rotation.

Gaming Cruiser staff have full authority to control entry and enforce the 14-person limit.

Any delay caused by poor rotation or overcrowding will be deducted from the total gaming time.

Corporate events or groups with more than 14 participants require custom pricing. Please contact us directly for a quote.
