What is the Gaming Cruiser?
The Gaming Cruiser is a mobile video-game party bus designed for birthdays, school events, corporate functions, and community gatherings. It features multiple consoles, big-screen TVs, LED lighting, climate control, and room for up to 14 players inside.
How many players can be inside the bus at once?
We recommend a maximum of 14 guests inside the bus at one time for comfort and safety.
What if my group has more than 14 players?
A: For safety reasons, only 14 guests are allowed inside the Gaming Cruiser at one time. Groups larger than 14 must follow a rotation system, and corporate events or bookings with more than 14 participants require custom pricing. Please contact us directly for a quote.

Do you provide a staff member during the party?
Yes, a Game Coach / Host is included for private events to assist players, handle equipment, and ensure a smooth experience.*

Do you offer parties at Play Toon Indoor Playground?
Yes! Book the Gaming Cruiser at the Play Toon parking lot and enjoy discounted rates and no travel fee.

Where can the Gaming Cruiser park?
We can come to:

✔ Parks & public spaces (where permitted)
A flat parking space minimum 35–40 ft long is required.
Do you need power?
No external power is required. We operate using onboard generators.
We can connect to shore power when available.
Is the bus heated or air-conditioned?
Yes! The bus is fully climate-controlled with AC and heaters to stay comfortable year-round.
Are food and drinks allowed inside?
No food or drinks inside the bus, except water bottles with secure lids to protect electronics.
Is the bus wheelchair accessible?
Currently, the bus does not have a wheelchair lift. If accessibility is required, please contact us so we can help accommodate as best as possible.
How far do you travel?
We primarily serve Saskatoon. Travel fees may apply for areas outside city limits ($2/km covers both ways - first 20km is free).
How long are the parties?
Standard private events are 2-hour sessions. Longer bookings are available upon request.
What ages is the Gaming Cruiser suitable for?
Great for ages 6 and up, including teens and adults.
Younger children may play with supervision and age-appropriate games.
Can people play online?
Online play is available when parked at Play Toon or locations with a stable internet connection. Offline multiplayer games are always available.
How do I book?
You can book online through our website or by messaging our Facebook page. A deposit may be required to secure your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations received 7+ days before the event may be rescheduled without penalty. Short-notice cancellations may incur a fee.
Do you do school events, fundraisers, or festivals?
Absolutely! We offer special pricing for schools, non-profits, community groups, and public events.
