Welcome to Gaming Cruiser. By accessing our website or booking services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.

These terms apply to all rentals, events, and bookings made through our website, social media, email, phone, or in person.

1. Booking & Reservations

  • A confirmed booking reserves your event date and time.

  • A deposit may be required to secure a booking.

  • Full payment is due according to the invoice or before the event begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice, except for confirmed bookings.

2. Payments

We accept payments through:

  • Square (credit/debit tap & online checkout)

  • E-transfer (if offered)

  • Cash (limited and must be arranged in advance)

We do not store credit card information.

3. Travel & Location Requirements

  • The bus requires at least 40 ft of flat parking space (or longer).

  • Parking must be legal and safe, with permission from the property owner or city if required.

  • Travel outside Saskatoon city limits may incur additional mileage fees.

We reserve the right to refuse service if parking conditions are unsafe.

4. Event Rules & Conduct

All guests must follow Gaming Cruiser’s safety rules.

Key requirements include:

  • Maximum total capacity: 15 guests (including adults)

  • No food or drinks inside the bus (water bottles allowed)

  • No jumping, climbing, or rough play

  • No tampering with consoles, internet settings, or electrical equipment

  • Shoes off and socks required

Failure to follow rules may result in paused or terminated gameplay without refund.

5. Online Gaming Policy

  • Online gaming is only available when parked at Play Toon or when a stable internet connection is provided.

  • We cannot guarantee online connectivity at private residences or outdoor locations.

6. Weather, Delays & Safety

Events may be delayed or rescheduled due to:

  • Extreme cold or heat

  • Severe storms or unsafe roads

  • Mechanical issues

  • Emergency circumstances

If we cancel due to safety or operational reasons, we will offer rescheduling or refund options.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations 7+ days before event may be rescheduled without penalty.

  • Short-notice cancellations may result in partial or full fees.

  • No refunds for unused time if guests arrive late.

Specific refund amounts may vary per event; details provided at booking.

8. Damage & Liability

The renter is responsible for:

  • Damage caused by guests to equipment, controllers, TVs, or interior

  • Costs for repairs or replacement if damage is intentional or due to rule violations

Gaming Cruiser is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen personal items

  • Injuries caused by misuse, unsafe behavior, or failure to follow rules

Guests enter and participate at their own risk.

9. Photos & Media Use

We may take photos or videos during events for marketing purposes with consent from the renter or guardian.
If you do not want media taken, notify us before the event.

10. Accessibility

The Gaming Cruiser currently does not have a wheelchair ramp and may not accommodate all mobility needs.
Alternative arrangements may be available when parked at Play Toon.

11. Privacy & Data Collection

Personal information collected through bookings, contact forms, or messages is used only to operate our services.

We comply with PIPEDA (Canada) and do not sell personal information.

12. Website Use

By using this website, you agree not to:

  • Copy or redistribute site content without permission

  • Attempt unauthorized access to website systems

  • Use the site for unlawful purposes

All content, branding, and media are property of Gaming Cruiser unless noted otherwise.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the website or booking services means you accept the updated terms.
